Thirteen Rooms. Not One of Them the Same.

Six built in mud, three deluxe, three family suites and a single cottage — on a working farm, fifteen minutes from every temple in Braj.
The Rooms

Thirteen Keys, and That Number Is Deliberate

Not one room is a corridor away from the next.
Every room turns toward the farm rather than a passage, so the first thing you hear in the morning is the land waking up — not a neighbour’s door. Breakfast is included with every stay. Check-in is 1:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am. Beyond that, the day is entirely your own.

The Mud Room

Built the old way, in mud. The walls are thick enough to hold the night’s cool right through the afternoon — something Braj has known for centuries and most modern building has quietly forgotten.

They open onto the Navgrah Vatika, the garden laid out to the nine planets. These are the oldest idea on this property, and the ones guests ask for by name.

We priced them above the deluxe rooms. Not as a gesture — because they are the better room.

How to Book

Call Us. It Is Usually Faster.

You can reserve online, or through the travel sites — but the farm is small enough that a phone call gets you a straight answer about which room is actually free, and often a better one for you than the booking form would have picked.

Thirteen rooms only. Through the Braj season, they go early.
